We bought flexible dropoff and pickup time, but the shopowners had closed when we returned to pick up our bags. We had to call them, with only the option to speak in Spanish to get them to come back and release our bags so we wouldn't miss our flight. We understood Spanish culture and shop closing, but we should have been informed when booking that it wasn't actually flexible.
