Our Angel was delightful! She was very friendly and I felt great leaving our bags with her. We used the service between two AirBnB locations and didn’t want to haul the luggage around all day. She was kind enough to even put our homemade pasta sauce in the freezer.

Great and very convenient place to leave our bags for the day! The employees are very nice and understanding, and they make sure that our bags are kept safe by putting a tag on them and then keeping them in the back of the store. We were given a heads up of when the store closes and just to make sure to be back before then. It was a quick and breezy process! We will be back, thank you!!

Initially dubious about using an unknown 'shop' luggage storage service to store our luggage on our last day in New York before our evening flight but I had no reason to worry. The online booking was straight forward, the luggage store was actually a restaurant and we were dealt with promptly by a member of staff and could quickly retrieve our luggage on return, would definitely use again
