We had a great experience at this location. Agent was there at drop off and pick up, no problem at all. No issues with us not speaking French. Was not clear that it was inside a shop until we arrived, but that was not a problem.

我们在凡尔赛宫附近存放行李的地方基本上就是一个UPS商店，她的东西就放在后面房间的架子上，虽然感觉很安全，而且这位先生也很和蔼可亲，我只是很庆幸它还开着，而且还能正常使用，因为其他评论分享的经历并不是那么好。

The place we stored our luggage near Versailles was basically a UPS store and her things were just put on a shelf in a back room, though it felt secure enough and the gentleman was gracious and I was just grateful it was open and functioning as other reviews have shared not such a great experience.

We visited Palace of Versailles; could not be easier dropped our bag off, enjoyed our visit then collected the bag. Staff friendly and efficient.
