The staff were unsure of the process. We had booked online andas were aware of the times. They understood we understood but was a little frustrating.

We only found out when we got there that they will be closing at 1 PM. It should have been mentioned in the app as had we known, we would have chosen a different option. The luggage storage itself is a couple of shelves in the corner of the table area. Didn't feel very safe but we did get back all our belongings. Quite close to both the train station, the bus station that can take you to Sirmione and the island fortress.
