Great place. Very convenient and everybody who worked there was very friendly and helpful.

Very good service, lost my bag tag along my trip but was able to describe my items in the bag. If you don’t know your bag, item by item you might struggle with this part. Reservation does not specify where exactly the drop off is, even locals and 7/11 workers don’t know but it it the hotel with the valet on the right side of the block. Not the star of Siam nor the 7/11. Just walk in and ask about the storage and show your reservation.

Smooth and quick service, just show them the QR code, they’ll use their phone to take a photo of your luggage, then it’s done. When you pick up, show them the QR code again and they will get your luggage quickly!

Perfect central location right next to bus stop for Air Coach. Friendly and efficient staff. Such a great service, would highly recommend!

We used this storage to hold bags while we walked around town. It was a great experience - staff was friendly and helpful, the location was great, and our bags were safe and sound.
