On a positive note, our bags were returned safely and the staff was pleasant. Be aware that you are dropping your luggage off in a restaurant rather than a storage locker. It is not stored behind a locked door. Out in the open with a couple of tables and chairs as barriers does not seem that secure to me. Had I known how and where the baggage was stored I would not have used this service.

The shop is on the other side of the building, directly opposite from where the directions. Otherwise great service, convenient location.
