Beste Entscheidung. Leicht zu finden, direkt neben der Metro Station Rossio. Unkompliziert und gut. Die Koffer werden mit einem Zettel versehen, man macht ein Foto davon, das man bei Abholung einfach vorzeigen. Würden wir jederzeit wieder machen.

I made a booking but was unable to retrieve the same on the app despite receiving a booking confirmation and advanced payment. I ended up paying again in cash as the shop does not accept anything other than a booking confirmation shown in the app. Terrible experience and will not recommend anyone else to use this service. Very disappointing.
