Completely impossible; we were supposed to leave our backpack behind the counter without a receipt or any other proof. We took our backpack back with us immediately.

Only bad experience was the fact that radical directions put the place by concert square on bold street. The fact it’s actually at the top end of bold street near the church. Not good when you’ve been traveling for hrs and tired. But the place itself was good.

Could not locate the spot. Bag drop off was scheduled for 6 am and the place that it told our group to go to, and it was to nowhere! Use somebody else

Used this luggage storage near Liverpool City Centre and it was absolutely brilliant! Drop-off took no more than 3 minutes and the staff were warm and welcoming. Spent the entire day hands-free exploring without a single worry. Would gladly recommend to any friend heading to Liverpool
