We had some trouble with booking and payment, as the system was very slow. I think there must have been an issue in your systems. Location was a bit difficult to find (our was inside Western Union), so perhaps the booking confirmation should inform that this location was inside WU. Other than that, your service worked great :)

We were very happy with the service. The price is very reasonable, there was a wide choice of locations so we were able to find one very close to where we were going. The administration staff were very helpful when we needed to change the selected location.
