At drop off, staff were rude to me. When told I was picking the bag up the day after instead of the same day, demanded to inspect my booking in the app closely and know how much I paid. Also accused me of being a drunk. Staff at pick up were much more pleasant. Location was very convenient and close to the station. Do not expect bags to be locked away somewhere, they are kept in the shop in view of the public attached to a chain. Overall, convenient but other options are likely better suited.

While location was convenient, customer service was very lacking. The various staff that attended to me were all very gruff & unfriendly. With alternative options available nearby, at the same price, would choose another vendor with better customer service

No es un depósito como se indica, y están expuestas las maletas al público. Están en buena localización pero no los volvería a contratar. El personal muy amable.

Quick and efficient

The storage place was inside a small shop. The QR code was not useful. The store needed to see the first email.
