Todo estuvo muy bien. La ubicación muy cercana a la Torre de Londres, el precio pienso que estuvo correcto para poder pasear tranquilamente. El personal muy amable y atento.

There are a number of steep steps down to a cellar where the luggage is stored. I was told to carry it down. I explained I was unaware there were so many steps and could not carry it down due to the weight of the case and physical impairment. The guy in the shop did carry it but protested. When I returned to collect my case I had to ask again for it to be carried up the stairs for me, and there was again disgruntlement and no acknowledgement when I thanked him. Wouldn’t use again.

Overall it was good and safe. The only thing I would add is that they should put a bigger sign with the name on it. I had a hard time finding it. Nonetheless I recommend this place.
