一切都很好。简单方便。但为了简单起见，你们没有在程序中添加太多信息（我看了！）。结果是，我猜无论是我还是保管我行李的人在收到行李时都必须在应用程序上做一些事情。我们不知道，也没这么做，现在我收到一条信息，说我取行李晚了，欠了一笔费用。我是提前一小时取的行李

It was all ok. Easy and convenient. But in order to make it simple you didnt add much info ont he process (I looked!). And the result was, I guess either I orthe person who kept my luggage had to do smthn on the app when aı received the luggage. We didnt know, we disnt do that, and now I get a message that I pickef my luggage late and owe a fee. I picked my luggae about an hour earlier
