相对来说还不错，但在取车时出了点问题，因为我们去取车去机场时，商店已经关门了。如果发生紧急情况，我们可能会被困在两扇门之外的商店里，而那里的店主认识这个人，并能与他们取得联系。他们 10 分钟后就到了，所以最后一切都很好，但像这样的活动需要一些更好的后备计划。

It was relatively ok but there was an issue on collection as the shop was closed when we arrived to collect to get bus to airport. There is no number to ring the owner which is an issue if this happens due to emergency situations and we could have been really stuck only for the shop two doors down, the owner there knew this person and was able to make contact with them. They did arrive 10 minutes later so all was well in the end but some better back up plan is needed for events like this. thank you.

The app is very easy to use. Confirmation email had a map link which was useful. The little shop we left the bags at where very efficient. All in all very happy, will use the service again.
