我先选了一个地方，然后叫了一辆 Uber 把行李放在那里，结果那个地方没有开门，尽管应用程序上是这么说的。于是我问客服人员怎么办，因为电话也没人接。客服人员告诉我，他无法为我重新订房，所以他会取消预订，让我另选一个地方。我照做了，带着行李走了几个街区就到了那个地方。

I've picked a first place, grabbed a Uber to leave my luggage there and the place was not open, even though the app said so. So I asked customer support what should I do, since the telephone was also not answering. The agent told me he could not rebook me a place, so he'd cancel and I should pick another place. I've done so and walked some blocks to the place with my luggage.
