We left our day packs at Radical Storage at the Novis Hotel Annecy for a few hours while we walked around the old part of the city. The gentleman at the hotel counter was very helpful and patient as I had to download the app and create a password. He was very helpful with all steps of the process. Our bags were locked in a special room for safety and promptly returned to us when we arrived back at the hotel. The fee was reasonable too.
