当时已经关门了

It was closed, we were at the entrance and the app told us that was open. We had to book another locker. Now we are waiting for them to return our money.

当我们到达那家店准备寄存行李时，店里空无一人，而且店门紧闭。幸好我们其中一人带的手机能拨打座机。我们只好打电话给店主，请他过来开门。她5分钟内就赶到了，收下了我们的行李，然后锁好店门就离开了。我们本想早点取回行李，但因为店铺没开门而没能取到。行李既没有被转移到安全的地方，也没有贴上标签。我以后不会再使用这项服务了。

When we arrived at the shop to drop our bags, there was no one there and the shop was closed. Thank goodness one of us had a phone that could call a land line. We had to call the shop owner to come open the store. She came within 5 minutes, took our luggage, and then locked the shop and left. We wanted to pick up our luggage early, but could not due to the shop not being open. The luggage was not moved to a secure space and was not tagged. I would not use this service again.

Good location by old town, open late on a Saturday, friendly owner. Each time you use Radical you get a credit to be used in another Radical luggage shop.

周六，维罗纳下午5点/6点后仍营业的行李店寥寥无几。这家店位于老城区，距离火车站步行约20分钟，是一家烟草店。女店主非常友好。每次使用Radical服务，你都会获得一笔积分，可在另一家Radical行李店使用。

On Saturday, there are limited luggage shops in Verona which open after 5/6pm. This was in old town, around 20 mins walk to train station, in a tabach shop. Lady owner is super friendly. Each time you use Radical you get a credit to be used in another Radical luggage shop.
