venice, italy. all regarding the app worked nicely, it was super easy to book and the location was a few minutes away from my accomodation. but then the store was closed when we arrived, it took half an hour to finally leave the luggage and it was in a store next door, so without the expected procedure. the customer support through the app was again fast and efficient, but it was obvious that the real experience depend a great deal of local people and organization
