The process was easy and efficient. The staff member wanted to see the original email confirmation from Radical on my phone. He then instructed me to take a photo of my suitcase and then I left. I left my suitcase at this location for a total of five days as I went on a tour to the Highlands. Upon my return, a different staff member who was actually friendlier asked me to show him the photo of the suitcase that I had taken when I dropped it off. He then pointed to my suitcase which was stored on a rack above items for sale as this location is a convenience store called Londis. He said that’s the one, does that suitcase belong to you? I said yes, he then retrieved the suitcase and gave it to me and I left the location. It worked well for me.
