Hard to find the place for checkin. Maybe because it was on a Sunday. But for a 24/7 spot, there should be more guidance.
Also checkout was complicated. Again maybe it's because it was on a Sunday. We had to call to get someone to get our luggage. They were not living at the location, we waited 20 min to get somone to open the storage door. When you have a plane to catch, this therefore requires anticipation unfortunately.
