很难找到办理入住手续的地方。可能因为是周日吧。但作为一个全天候服务点，应该有更多的指引。结账也很复杂。也许又是因为那天是周日。我们不得不打电话找人来拿行李。他们不在现场，我们等了 20 分钟才找到人打开储藏室的门。不幸的是，当你要赶飞机时，这就需要提前准备了。

Hard to find the place for checkin. Maybe because it was on a Sunday. But for a 24/7 spot, there should be more guidance. Also checkout was complicated. Again maybe it's because it was on a Sunday. We had to call to get someone to get our luggage. They were not living at the location, we waited 20 min to get somone to open the storage door. When you have a plane to catch, this therefore requires anticipation unfortunately.
