Cuando llegamos, no había nadie, ya que se trataba de un hotel sin personal. No había instrucciones sobre cómo facturar ni en la aplicación ni en el hotel. Después de buscar un rato, encontré un botón de interfono en la máquina de autofacturación del hotel. Después de explicar a dónde venía, alguien vino a facturar nuestro equipaje. Por favor, que las instrucciones de facturación sean más claras.
When we came to the place, there was nobody around since it was an unmanned hotel.There was nog instruction how to check in the app and neither on site.After searching for quite some time I found an intercom button on the hotel self check in machine. After I explained where I came for, somebody came to check in our luggage. So please make the check in instruction more clear.Thanks.
