Quando chegámos ao local, não havia ninguém por perto, uma vez que se tratava de um hotel não vigiado. Não havia instruções sobre como fazer o check-in na aplicação nem no local. Depois de explicar o motivo da minha vinda, alguém veio fazer o check-in da nossa bagagem. Por isso, por favor, tornem as instruções de check-in mais claras.
When we came to the place, there was nobody around since it was an unmanned hotel.There was nog instruction how to check in the app and neither on site.After searching for quite some time I found an intercom button on the hotel self check in machine. After I explained where I came for, somebody came to check in our luggage. So please make the check in instruction more clear.Thanks.
