No signage out the front. Photos of the shop look different

I want to complain about my luggage storage experience and request a refund of $27.41. The staff at the convenience store did not store my luggage securely. It was left in an open area on the floor instead of a safe storage space. When I returned, it was still in the same place, accessible to anyone. I expected a secure service but did not receive it. Please refund my payment and review this location’s handling procedures.

On the internet the sign shows the shop as a EZY MART with highly visible colours but instead found just a convenience store sign and walked around the property twice till the person at the backpackers hostel directed to me the shop. Went to collect my luggage at 3.30 shop was closed but the open sign was in place. After panicking for close to an hour the guy who was inside in the back room unlocked the door. Will not use this storage site again or recommend to others.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left my bags, everything only took a few minutes. There was no confusion, no waiting around, and no complicated procedures. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly, which is exactly what travelers need when they are on a tight schedule. When I returned to pick up my luggage, the process was just as quick and easy. The staff member remembered the procedure and made sure my bags were returned safely. Everything was exactly as I left it, which made me feel confident about the reliability of their service. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Radical Storage at Central Station. The service was efficient, secure, and customer-friendly. The staff member who helped me was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. I will definitely use this service again the next time I visit Sydney. It is a great option for travelers who need a safe and convenient place to store their luggage for a few hours or even longer. Used this place near central after I checked out of hotel. Easy to find, good staff. They asked which app I was using so obviously work with all the storage apps, so just choose the cheapest at your location and it'll be fine.
