Great service. Line to storage at train station was so looong, we decided last minute to drop our bags off to Radical Storage. Abit confusing as it's located inside the dairy, but managed to safely drop off & pick up our bags. We hadn't booked in advance like others, and although storage was already full, they still managed to take in 2 extra medium sized suitcases to store while we explored Sydney :) Straight forward booking system and lovely young attendant who helped us store our luggage.

This store has a very friendly and welcoming team, especially the person who works on Sundays. I highly recommend it.

Poorly advertised location . Not a comfortable place to leave my luggage . Nice person but a little scary for a female. Lucky we were in a group .

Helpful staff and easy to use

Easy to store, map took me a confusing route but follow street signs and it’s easy.
