Easy and quick! Very close to Arc de Triumf and metro station

Lack of signage makes it confusing that this is a store. Slightly less strong sense of security since you don't see your bag get locked up. You also pay for insurance but have no proof of what is in your bag and a claim would be a nightmare so it seems sort of pointless to be forced to insure. The staff were quick and helpful coming and going. However, they said 'you pay online' yet didn't even have a UPC code or website and none knew how a rental was accomplished (I found the place by Google, and had to figure out how to pay as I stood there). Overall, a smoother system would be better experience but I felt safe leaving my things there and everyone was friendly. Also, the site charges you even for a small sandwich bag so I had to stuff my food into my Ruck to save 4 euro to store one euro worth of food that I wasn't ready to eat just then. Kind of nitpicky and excessive charge.

Reliable, friendly, forthcoming, multilingual.

Wszystko ok. Zostawiliśmy 2 walizki i plecak od 10 do 18. Szefo zrobił zdjęcia walizek i my też.

Place where I left my luggage is not same as you tell me, it was market next door. Man in store was nice and friendly.
