This isn't a service—it's just a nightmare. I had paid for two pieces of luggage, went to the recommended address, but they refused to take my luggage because they didn't have any space left. Not only did I pay in advance for luggage storage, but I also walked 20 minutes in the heat one way, and then—having trusted this company—spent the whole day walking around with a suitcase and a backpack. I hope they at least refund my money. I do not recommend them.
Это не сервис а просто ужас. У меня был проплачено 2 единицы багажа, пришла на рекомендуемый адрес а у меня отказались брать багаж по причине что у них уже нет мест. Мало того что я оплатила заранее хранение багажа так и шла по жаре 20 минут в одну сторону а потом доверившись этой компании до весь день гуляла с чемоданом и рюкзаком. Надеюсь что хотя бы деньги вернут. Не рекомендую.
