The hostel was great and my suitcases were kept safe and secure.
However, I wasn't happy that I only got the address after I had booked.
This meant a 4 x 10 minute walk from the bus stop and cost us an unnecessary amount of time that day. Wasn't ideal
Das Hostel war super und meine Koffer waren gut und sicher aufbewahrt.
Ich war allerdings hat nicht happy, dass ich erst die Adresse bekam, nachdem ich gebucht hatte.
Bedeutet 4x 10 min Fußweg ab Haltestelle und hat uns unnötig viel Zeit an diesem Tag gekostet. War nicht optimal

I absolutely recommend the Service and would use it again. Only aspect worth improving was that the clerk at the counter overestimated the size of the lockers so that I had to return to him with my guitar to put it in different place. Its a bit nit picky to say but he could have thought about that different place right from the start.

But when I came back, the system asked me to pay 8 extra euros, whereas the time left for my reservation was still running for few hours. We managed with the team to solve the problem, but I didn't felt really confident with that and it could be solved I suppose, reason why I put this three stars to ask for attention to it. Thank you.
