The location is great—it’s close to Oslo Central Station and open 24 hours a day, which is very convenient! The only slight drawback is that you don’t need to scan a QR code when dropping off or collecting your luggage. When I dropped off my luggage, the staff member simply checked the screen on my app showing that my booking and payment had been completed; when I collected it, they asked me to show a photo of my suitcase so they could locate it in the warehouse. So, before you store your luggage, make sure you take photos and record a 360-degree video of it – these photos and videos will serve as proof when you collect your items!!!

Very easy to locate and instructions were precise. The only thing I would ask be changed is that the information about the storage place make clear BEFORE the booking is confirmed that two flights of stairs need to be climbed to reach the storage. While the booking does say to contact reception to ask for help it wasn't clear how to do that. It was OK for me as I had a small-ish suitcase so could manage it, and the host did carry it down for me when I collected it, but it may not work for everyone.

Everything went perfectly. It's a small mini-market right in the heart of Palma. There's a bus stop directly opposite, where the hop-on hop-off bus also departs, and a taxi rank. I can highly recommend it.
