Since this was a brief stop for us between stays in Florence and the Cinque Terre, we used the online reservation ahead of time to avoid lugging our 8 bags to Piazza dei Miracoli. Conveniently located a block from the train station. An odd sort of arrangement as the building is multi-purpose. Proper way finding signage out front and quick, efficient, friendly service. Would use them again for sue.

Booking online was very quick. The place where you drop off your luggage looks a bit like a youth hostel; when you ring the doorbell, someone comes out to open the door and sort out the formalities, and collecting your luggage is also very straightforward.

When I booked, I thought they were lockers, but it turned out to be a grocery shop. I left my suitcase with the shop assistant and when I came back later, he handed it to me; they just asked me to show them a photo I’d taken beforehand when I collected it. Everything went well, they were very friendly and it’s open until the early hours. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine. We left two suitcases and a rucksack there from 10 am to 6 pm. The manager took photos of the suitcases, and so did we. The suitcases were stored in the back room of the grocery shop. We collected them in exactly the same condition. I was a bit worried at first, as we don’t have this sort of service in Poland, but everything went smoothly. If anyone needs to leave their luggage whilst sightseeing, I’d recommend it. It’s about 300 metres from the shop to Barcelona Nord station, which is a 4-minute walk.

Wszystko ok. Zostawiliśmy 2 walizki i plecak od 10 do 18. Szefo zrobił zdjęcia walizek i my też. Walizki leżały na zapleczu sklepu spożywczego. Odebraliśmy w takim samym stanie. Na początku miałem obawy, bo w Polsce nie mamy takich rozwiązań, ale wszystko przebiegło ok. Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje zostawić na czas zwiedzania to polecam. ze sklepu do dworca Barcelona Nord jest ok 300m czyli 4 min na nogach.
