It was difficult to find the place; we had to ask at the post office, and the manager there told us where it was (Locutorio). It isn’t properly signposted. When we handed over our luggage, there were a few people there; we waited for about five minutes, but when we went to collect it, there were too many people, and it took around 40 minutes for them to hand it over to us, as they handle a lot of transactions and there is only one person on duty. It’s worth mentioning that the girl is friendly, but they should consider having two staff members to handle the volume of people who come to the place. Because of this, we arrived just in time for the train’s departure. What’s noteworthy is how close it is to the train station.
Fue difícil encontrar el lugar, tuvimos que preguntar en la oficina de correos y ahí la encargada nos dijo dónde era, (Locutorio). No está debidamente señalizado. AL entregar el equipaje habían algunas personas, esperamos por 5 minutos aprox, pero al ir a recogerlo había demasiada gente, tardamos alrededor de 40 minutos para que nos lo entregaran, lo anterior debido a que realizan muchas transacciones y sólo una persona atiende. Cabe mencionar que la chica es amable, pero deberían considerar tener a dos personas para atender el volumen de gente que acude al lugar. Por lo anterior llegamos muy justas para la salida del tren. Lo que es destacable es la cercanía a la estación de tren.
