We had quite a bit of trouble finding it, but the service was still good. If no one is there, a phone call is all it takes, and someone arrives shortly after. Very close to the airport and easy to reach.

Wir hatten ziemlich Probleme es zu finden aber dennoch war der Service gut. Wenn niemand vor Ort ist reicht ein Anruf und kurze Zeit später kommt jemand. Sehr Flughafen nah und gut zu erreichen.

When we drop off the package, the door is closed. We call, and someone arrives after 2 minutes. We’re given an estimated pickup time. But when it’s time for pickup, the door is still closed. We call again: we’re told to wait at least 20 minutes because they’re far away. No apology is offered; we’re just told that the pickup time we were given was wrong, and they hang up on us! We’ll have to wait more than 30 minutes! And to think I even paid for flexible pickup hours!!!

Pour la dépose, la porte est fermée. On appelle et quelqu’un arrive après 2 minutes. On donne l’heure de retrait estimée. Mais au moment du retrait, la porte est toujours fermée. On appelle: on nous dit d’attendre au moins 20 minutes parce qu’ils sont loins. Aucune excuse n’est prononcée, on nous dit juste que l’heure de retrait donnée est fausse et on nous raccroche au nez! On devra attendre plus de 30 minutes ! Et dire que j’avais en plus payé pour les heures de retrait flexibles!!!

Little bit was difficult to find, but working hours (only one place where possible to leave luggage until 10 pm) and location is one of the best in that area.
