Amazing! Easy, convenient and less expensive than a storage unit or a hotel room. If you are in the city for a day consider dropping off at one of these locations, the one we picked was very close to the bus/train station, but also a bit out of the way so there is not a whole bunch of foot traffic while you are dropping off or picking up

Quick and easy drop off and pick up not far from the Rialto bridge. We had booked ahead of time. The only minor drawback was that the luggage room was one floor up, but if anything that is safer than at street level.

The collection point is inside a Mondatori bookshop. It wasn’t exactly easy to use the app, but luckily the shop assistant was very kind and basically did it all for me.
