SCAM. Absolutely terrible customer service. They charged me €41, but never sent a confirmation or the code I paid for. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for almost a week, but there is no proper customer service number. The only phone number listed is a UK number that just plays an automated message telling you to contact them by email. They also claim to have a live chat, but conveniently enough, that doesn’t work either. I’ve emailed them and received absolutely no response, and I’m still waiting for my €41 refund. ***UPDATE: They replied to this review telling me to contact their support email, which is exactly what I had already done. A couple of days later, they deleted their response, presumably because they realized they had no actual answer. There are plenty of other companies offering the same service. I used Bounce instead and had absolutely no problems. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this company.
