Bags are left with no supervision. At the end of the day we have to pick up our own bag with no control from the staff and just hope nobody has taken it before us.

Not a great shopfront but safe. Could only drop off and pick up luggage using a QR code. The luggage storeroom is down a flight of steps. The guys in the shop helped me up the steps with the luggage on my return. Super convenient- right opposite Leicester Sq tube, and open until 2am. Would use it again.

Very straightforward and quick process. As others have mentioned, it doesn’t feel particularly security conscious in terms of people being able to collect whatever they like when they go down to the cellar. However, we too had no problems and the location is very central and convenient.
