It was my first time using the luggage storage at Leicester Square Station, and overall it was a reasonable and cost-effective service. The staff were helpful, and the process was smooth and straightforward. The only downside was that the staircase to the basement was quite narrow, so you need to be careful when carrying larger suitcases. The location is perfect, but I had to carry my suitcase to the storage area in the basement by myself, and the stairs were quite painful.
