Everything went smoothly: they scanned the code from my phone, took photos of the bags and took them away; when I came to collect them, they scanned the code again, checked the photos and handed the bags back. One person does all of this. The only thing is, it’s not clear exactly where the collection point is; you have to go into the little shop at this address and ask.

Excellent service, just a couple of minutes walk from Paddington station very polite staff at the store took a photo of our luggage and stored them safe safely for us to spend the day in London. Went to collect them and they were promptly delivered. No damage safe and secure. Would highly recommend using this service and definitely will use it again ourselves thank you.
