The luggage storage is very secure, reasonably priced and the online booking process is straightforward. However, it’s worth noting that you can’t book or pay in person – it’s only possible online (at least according to the information provided).
What’s completely unacceptable is the unfriendly staff. You’re ignored, questions are answered in an extremely snappy manner, and when you collect your luggage, you’re met with an annoyed sigh, even though the shop was empty. What a shame!
Die Kofferaufbewahrung ist sehr sicher, preislich in Ordnung und die Online-Abwicklung unkompliziert. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass man vor Ort gar nicht buchen/zahlen kann – es geht nur online (zumindest lt Auskunft).
Was gar nicht geht, ist das unfreundliche Personal. Man wird ignoriert, auf Fragen wird extrem patzig geantwortet und beim Abholen wird man genervt angeseufzt, obwohl der Laden leer war. Schade!
