Easy
Walked passed it at first, but door man for office block must have know why we were hanging about and waved us in. We went up in a lift and office was easy to find.
Chap was really nice and we saw other cases there which was reassuring.
When we returned chap let us use bathroom which was great and we had a chance to put our purchases in the cases before we left the building.
Felt really secure. Second time we have used Radical with no problems.
