Very good service, lost my bag tag along my trip but was able to describe my items in the bag. If you don’t know your bag, item by item you might struggle with this part. Reservation does not specify where exactly the drop off is, even locals and 7/11 workers don’t know but it it the hotel with the valet on the right side of the block. Not the star of Siam nor the 7/11. Just walk in and ask about the storage and show your reservation.

I had to check out of my hotel early but my flight wasn’t until later that evening. Not wanting to carry my luggage around with me all day so I could enjoy the beach I booked using Radical Storage at Dolphins Diving Centre in Lloret De Mar. It was super easy to book online and the guys at the diving Centre were very helpful & friendly and I felt confident that my bags would be safe there for the day. I would happily use Radical Storage again in the future
