We left our suitcases with them for a few hours in July; the lady in question forgot to scan one of them, and it wasn’t in the photos(though we didn’t realise this as she didn’t show it to us). We were dealing with a very arrogant lady who wouldn’t listen and, despite the photographic evidence, refused to hand over the suitcase. After a long back-and-forth and the threat of calling the police, another lady finally intervened and I managed to get my suitcase back after all.

Wir haben unsere Koffer im Juli deponiert für ein paar Stunden,1 Koffer hat die Gute Dame vergessen zu scannen, und er war nicht auf den Fotos( wir haben es jedoch nicht gesehen da sie es uns nicht gezeigt hat. Wir hatten eine sehr arrogante Dame die kein Gehör hatte und uns trotz beweis foto den Koffer nicht raus geben wollte. Nach langem hin und her unf der androhung von Polizei hat sich dann eine Dame eingesetzt und ich habe meinen Koffer doch noch bekommen.
