I can’t give 5 stars because it was very difficult for us to find where to drop our luggage off. All we had was google map & a picture(no business name)…in the busy market trying to match store to picture was difficult. There is no signage saying luggage drop. (Drop off is at food eatery across from mochi store) We finally started asking near google map location and found where it gets dropped. They took our bags to back of dining area & into a room. When we came back just showed our receipt & they brought bags back out to us. I am very pleased with the actual storing of bags just hard to find initially.
