I put 4 stars because I hired by the App "flexible schedule" because I had q leave the bags before the appointed time (3 pm) and yet it was closed when I arrived at 2,3p pm and I had q wait . I paid 4 euros more for a service that they did not give me. I was very disappointed that they didn't give me a key to the luggage room. I thought they were giant buxons to store your luggage but no, they are small places where you enter and exit of packages and they accept your suitcase and hide and "watch" you behind a curtain. And you have to take a picture of a bracelet with a number that they attach to your suitcase. You have to trust in the good faith of those who work there and handle your luggage. Fortunately I did not miss anything and everything went well but they have kept 4 euros more than I do not know how to claim.

Pongo 4 estrellas porque contraté por la App "horario flexible" ya que tenía q dejar las maletas antes del horario señalado (3 pm) y sin embargo estaba cerrado cuando llegue a las 2,3p pm y tuve q esperar . Pague 4 euros más por un servicio q no me dieron . Algo q me exteañoes q no me dieran una llave de la consigna . Yo pesaba q eran buxones gigantes donde guardar tu equipaje pero no, son locales pequeños de entrada y salida de paquetes y q te aceptan tu maleta q te esconden y "vigilan" detrás de una cortina . Y tienes q hacerle foto a una pulsera con un número q te atan a la maleta . Hay q confiar en la buena fe de los q allí trabajan y q manejan tus maletas . Afortunadamente no me faltó naday todo fue bien pero se han quedado con 4 euros de más q no sé como reclamar

Bonne prise en charge . Point très proche du métro. Pour la remise des bagages, la jeune femme nous a fait passer devant 6 personnes attendant pour envoyer des colis, plutôt très sympa pour nous.
