A nice, helpful guy in a tiny store. Booking was super simple, but remember to take a photo of your bag in store. You don't get a receipt or a ticket here for some reason, it's declarational.

Location is nice, however the lady is not friendly and asking us to pay extra €20 despite we had already paid online for 6 luggages. She refused to accept our luggage if we did not pay her. She should have been banned and blacklisted since she does not following rules of the apps. Lousy lady with arrogant attitude. Please avoid her at all cost and find other luggage storage provider. I hope she rot in hell with my money.

Friendly staff; picking up luggage using a photo was quick and hassle-free. Being able to leave our luggage there helped us a lot, and the price is totally reasonable. Highly recommended!

Recherche et payment en ligne, on reçoit un code source. Sur la site une carte aide à trouver le magasin qui garde les bagages. R.S. Porte Maillot se trouve très proche d l‘arrêt du Flixbus. Personnel sympa, récupérer des bagages à l‘aide d‘une photo vite et sans problèmes. La possibilité de laisser les bagages là nous a aidé beaucoup, le prix est complètement ok. A recommander!

A very friendly and helpful manager, Very convenient, with the Flix-Blabla coach station right outside and all forms of transport within easy reach (tram, metro, bus, maybe even the RER – I’d need to check, but I think I passed one on my way to collect my bags).
