Check-in was very quick, and the facility was right next to the A4 subway exit. The person who greeted us at the luggage storage area was very kind. To retrieve our luggage, we were given a wristband (with a number) that was very loose. As a result, we unfortunately lost the wristband. When we explained this to the staff member on duty upon our return, she rudely demanded a 1,000-yen fee, which was a huge amount compared to what we’d paid initially!

Réservation très rapide, établissement juste à côté de la sortie A4 du métro. La personne qui nous a reçus au dépôt était très gentille. Pour retirer nos bagages, on nous a confié un bracelet (avec un numéro) qui était très lâche. Du coup, nous avons malheureusement perdu le bracelet. Quand nous avons expliqué cela à la personne présente pour le retour, elle nous a demandé de façon très désagréable une indemnité de 1000 yens, ce qui était énorme par rapport au prix payé au départ !
