The location was a 5 minute walk away from the train station. The guy at the entrance was super nice. The bags are not stored in a locker but in a storage room, so you won’t risk having it malfunction. 10/10 experience

Easy to find the place. It’s near the Venezia Sta. Lucia Train Station. Quick check-in of your luggages as long as you have the QR code. Very nice staff in the check-in counter.
