The storage was all good except it was a bit tricky to find as there were no signs saying "Radical Storage". It actually turned out to be just the storage room of a hostel at the same address.

Molto comodo e rapido nel deposito e ritiro, aperto 24h. Stanza deposito bagagli chiusa a chiave. Sarebbe stato più corretto controllare meglio il ritiro dal personale, in quanto è stato eseguito da me in modalità self-service

The service was okay, except when we arrived to collect the bags the door was locked even though we arrived earlier and tried to reach out to the manager for 10mins, at the end they let us in, so overall - service okay, but not that great of an experience.

Everything went smoothly and easily, although I do think there should be more of a security system - when we came to claim the bags the lady at the entrance did not check anything, so it felt like anyone can enter and claim anyone’s bag.
