I was still hesitant until I got inside and saw the BAGBNB sign. I asked him where my stuff would be stored and he showed me an area off to the side in that main room. He reassured me that it would be safe and he would be there when I got back. I went out, did my thing and when I came back my stuff was still there, untouched. Overall, I would say I had a very good experience and will use the service again next time I have a late flight. My issues are that the branding could be more visible when looking for the storage location and the website/app could show locations that have restricted access to the luggage being stored because everyone in that hostel basically had access to the luggage.

We showed him the confirmation email and he checked against his emails. He then put a luggage tag on the bag and took it upstairs. I don’t think it was locked away but we didn’t leave any valuables and it was so much easier than carrying the huge bag around all day! We were very impressed!
