通过谷歌地图很容易找到酒店的位置，离快速公交总站（地铁）只有两站路，"商店 "在 2 层，好像没有电梯。工作人员很友好，乐于助人。当我放下行李时，他们没有扫描我的密码，直到我提出要求后，他们才给我的预订证拍照。我以为是新员工的问题，于是写信给 Radical Storage 支持中心，以确保一切正常。他们的在线支持非常出色，及时回复了我的信息，沟通效率很高，这让我非常放心。如果我还需要存放行李，我还会再次向他们预订。感谢存储地点的工作人员和在线支持团队回答我询问的人。他们为客户提供的优质服务令人赞叹。

Location was very easy to find via google maps, 2 stops away from the Express Bus Terminal (via metro), the “shop” is on 2F, don’t think there is an elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful. My code wasn’t scanned when i dropped off my luggage and only after i requested it, did they take a picture of my booking-ID. I assumed it was a new staff member and wrote to Radical Storage Support just to make sure everything was in order, the online support was amazing, replied promptly to my message, was very efficient in their communication which reassured my tremendously. Will book again with them if i ever need to store luggage. Thank you to the staff at the storage location and whoever answered by query from the online support team. Amazing example of great customer service.
