Great service

We used this service on our last day in town, having previously not known it existed. It was great that we could leave our luggage somewhere safe rather than drag them around for the few hours we had to kill. The location was slightly difficult to find but the price was very reasonable and the partner was friendly and helpful.

Baggage issue solved!

Very professional. Easy drop-off. Was on my way in about a minute after locating the place. Didn’t realize business was in the train station at first. Thank you for providing a much needed service at a reasonable rate.

Terrible

Office said they closed at 2. When we arrived to pick up our bags at 115 the office was locked and we were unable to retrieve our bags. The only reason we did not miss our train was because it was delayed. Would not suggest using this location to store bags.

No one was at the drop off and the Radical Storage chat was useless.

Ingen var på afleveringsstedet. Ingen svarede på det angivne telefonnummer. Jeg forsøgte at bruge online chatten med Radical Storage, men fik lige besked på at ringe og sende en e-mail til "englen". Meget stressende.

No one was at the Drop off spot. No one answered the phone number given. I tried to use the online chat with Radical Storage, but was just told to call and email the “angel”. Very stressful.

Fantastisk service!

Great Service!

Jeg ankom til San Diego til et stævne, der ikke tillod tasker, og jeg kunne ikke tjekke ind på mit hotel før kl. Radical Storage var placeret i Santa Fe Train Terminal. Jeg var i gåafstand til kongrescentret og englen var meget rart.

I arrived in San Diego for a convention that didn't allow bags and I couldn't check into my hotel till 3pm. Radical Storage was located in the Santa Fe Train Terminal. I was within walking distance to the convention center and the Angel was very nice.
