Great service

We used this service on our last day in town, having previously not known it existed. It was great that we could leave our luggage somewhere safe rather than drag them around for the few hours we had to kill. The location was slightly difficult to find but the price was very reasonable and the partner was friendly and helpful.

Baggage issue solved!

Very professional. Easy drop-off. Was on my way in about a minute after locating the place. Didn’t realize business was in the train station at first. Thank you for providing a much needed service at a reasonable rate.

Terrible

Office said they closed at 2. When we arrived to pick up our bags at 115 the office was locked and we were unable to retrieve our bags. The only reason we did not miss our train was because it was delayed. Would not suggest using this location to store bags.

Bag BNB is a great idea

Het treinstation Sante Fe in San Diego was een perfecte locatie voor ons om onze bagage af te geven en wat tijd door te brengen met sightseeing voordat we vertrokken. Zou het aanraden.

The Sante Fe Train Station in San Diego was a perfect location for us to drop off our luggage and spend some time sightseeing before we left. Would recommend it.

No one was at the drop off and the Radical Storage chat was useless.

Er was niemand bij de Drop off spot. Niemand nam het opgegeven telefoonnummer op. Ik probeerde de online chat met Radical Storage te gebruiken, maar kreeg alleen te horen dat ik de "engel" moest bellen en e-mailen. Erg stressvol.

No one was at the Drop off spot. No one answered the phone number given. I tried to use the online chat with Radical Storage, but was just told to call and email the “angel”. Very stressful.

Geweldige service!

Great Service!

Ik kwam aan in San Diego voor een conventie waar geen tassen waren toegestaan en ik kon pas om 15:00 uur inchecken in mijn hotel. Radical Storage was gevestigd in het Santa Fe Train Terminal. Ik was op loopafstand van het congrescentrum en de Angel was erg aardig.

I arrived in San Diego for a convention that didn't allow bags and I couldn't check into my hotel till 3pm. Radical Storage was located in the Santa Fe Train Terminal. I was within walking distance to the convention center and the Angel was very nice.
