The Qr code was nowhere to be used and the place to drop luggage had a keypad. No code was sent I had to call the support number given to drop and pick up. Nevertheless, someone was always on the phone to help. Everything worked well.

Great service
We used this service on our last day in town, having previously not known it existed. It was great that we could leave our luggage somewhere safe rather than drag them around for the few hours we had to kill. The location was slightly difficult to find but the price was very reasonable and the partner was friendly and helpful.

Baggage issue solved!
Very professional. Easy drop-off. Was on my way in about a minute after locating the place. Didn’t realize business was in the train station at first. Thank you for providing a much needed service at a reasonable rate.

Terrible
Office said they closed at 2. When we arrived to pick up our bags at 115 the office was locked and we were unable to retrieve our bags. The only reason we did not miss our train was because it was delayed. Would not suggest using this location to store bags.

Sante Fe jernbanestasjon i San Diego var et perfekt sted for oss å slippe av bagasjen og bruke litt tid på sightseeing før vi dro. Vil anbefale det.
The Sante Fe Train Station in San Diego was a perfect location for us to drop off our luggage and spend some time sightseeing before we left. Would recommend it.

Ingen var ved avleveringen og Radical Storage-chatten var ubrukelig.
No one was at the drop off and the Radical Storage chat was useless.
Ingen var på avleveringsstedet. Ingen svarte på telefonnummeret som ble oppgitt. Jeg prøvde å bruke nettchatten med Radical Storage, men ble bare bedt om å ringe og sende en e-post til "engelen". Veldig stressende.
No one was at the Drop off spot. No one answered the phone number given. I tried to use the online chat with Radical Storage, but was just told to call and email the “angel”. Very stressful.
